Sadz...Sick right now...
I was coughing on Wednesday night, I took my temp that day and it was only 36.1 so I obviously still went to sch on Thurs.
On Thurs, I went to sch, was ok, until Mother Tongue Lesson... During MT, forehead felt hot...Ask Best Friend Jia Xuan to touch my forehead and compare mine with hers. She asked me to take my temp during MT lesson but i refused as I dont want Mdm Dong Yan to scold me when she hears the 'BEEP!' I looked at the clock, it was nearing Social Studies time so I told Jia Xuan I would take when the Social Studies reflief teacher comes in. She said NO. She took away my bag and searched for my thermometer. She took it out and put it on my desk. I just put it away in my pencilcase and waited until MT lesson ended.
When MT lesson ended, Jia Xuan and I went to the water cooler where Jia Xuan re-filled her water bottle while I took my temp. I took my temp...it was 37.9! I told Jia Xuan and she asked the Social Studies relief teacher if we could go see Ms Tay, my form teacher. Luckily, the teacher said YES.
We went to the staff room and talked to Ms Tay. Ms Tay asked me to take my temp again to see if I really have a fever. I took it again, it was 37.6. Ms Tay said I better go home. Ms Tay gave Jia Xuan some forms and asked her to give it to all the P5 prefects. She went up with me. Jia Xuan gave the forms to Hope, Grace and Faith while I was packing my bag. When I went out to put my chi dictionary inside my locker, everyone in my class was staring at me... Then, Xiang Zhe said: Ta Fa Gao Shao!
I saw Jia Xuan and walked to the staff room with my bag with her. In the staff room, Ms Tay said she called my MUM and my MUM said my DAD will be coming soon. Ms Tay brought me to the general office and then, she went up, leaving me there to wait for my DAD. After minutes, my DAD came. He brought me to the SILVER CROSS CLINIC near beauty world. The nurse said my queue no. was 10. She said it was about a 30min wait.
So, my DAD brought me to some Hawker Centre near the clinic to eat lunch. I ate bee hoon and fish balls with soup. After eating, I went back to the clinic to see if it was my turn but no, it was not. But since we had nothing else to do, my DAD and I waited in the clinic.
The wait was MORE than 30min...I fell asleep. Shortly after I woke up, it was my turn. I went in with my DAD and then bla bla bla you guys should know... I went out, watched a little of the clinic's tv before they said : Renise Ngo? Your Medicine is ready.
I walked towards the counter with my DAD and collected my medicine, I saw the receipt, it was $36! I looked into the plastic bag to MAKE SURE it was all tablets as I told the doc I wanted all tablets. (If you are wondering why, it is because the taste of western syrup is yucky, and I will vomit everytime I took it...Ask my parents, it happened alot of times when I was young...If you are putting syrup into my mouth, it better be GOOD OLD MAPLE SYRUP to go on my pancakes)
When I went home, I ate my medicine and went to bathe... Shortly after, I went to do my homework that Ms Tay gave me earlier on. I left some questions blank and fell asleep on the couch.
Bla Bla Bla.... At around 8pm, (I already woke up earlier than that of course...) I went to my bed and just sat a little while. But since my bed was so comfy, I slept...But after a few minutes, I woke up. I was just walking when my DAD said: Go sleep ah, you will feel better...
So I went to sleep...
In the morning, my phone alarm which I forgot to off made me wake up at 5.30am on Friday! Aiya! I rested my head again, hoping to sleep but cant. I decided to go to the toilet, PEE >< , wash my face than go outside and finish my maths so my sis can give it to my teacher.
While washing my face, I heard a little noise...I saw outside, my mum woke up...Than I remembered my mum always wakes up during this time to wake my bro up to get ready for sec sch. I went out to living room and picked up my homework...Aiya! I forgot, I only left all those I dont know! And those were Maths and HOLES.
I asked my mum but she was busy. She said after she cooked breakfast...So I waited! After cooking breakfast, my mum went to bathe, so no chance again! After she bathed, it was almost time to leave the house( for my sis, mum and dad that is, I have no sch and my bor went out already )! My mum finished helping me understand the Questions and solving then with me but I had no time to write them down on my worksheet and so, I did not manage to give my sis my homework...but nvm, Ms Tay wont mind, is only if I finish than I give, it is not a must :D
So I did them, bla bla bla....
-Renise P.S: Better finish my homework my sis gave me on Fri! Tmr goin back to sch! YES! and...NO!!! but a LITTLE more of YES!
